Position Summary:
We are seeking ticket sellers to work with guests to purchase tickets and solve ticket related issues at Climate Pledge Arena. Ticket sellers will work in the Ticketmaster Box Office and inside the arena providing customer service, sales, and general assistance to guests.
The use of Ticketmaster products that will be used include Archtics, TM Host & TM1 Sales to sell tickets & provide Will Call as needed. This role is supported by and works closely with the entire ticket operations team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary service to guests during box office hours of operation
- Perform Will Call ticketing process
- Utilize the internal ticketing program to complete box office sales

Located at Seattle Center in the heart of Seattle’s Uptown Neighborhood, the new venue offers a truly unique and intimate experience for the newest NHL franchise, the Seattle Kraken, WNBA’s Seattle Storm, concerts and other entertainment events, while preserving the historic nature of Seattle Center and its surroundings. This project is a completely new arena beneath its existing historic-landmark roof.
