What you will be working on:
- You'll be responsible for investing in student lives by helping them degree plan, connect with resources, and achieve academic success while in the Seattle Promise program
- You'll use multiple platforms to track the successes of your caseload, support students furthest from educational justice to earn an associate degree
- You'll partner with internal and external offices to facilitate student success
- You'll work with a large, dedicated, high-performing team that leads efforts to advance equitable student success, including closing equity gaps, particularly with regard to race and ethnicity
- Throughout your work you'll demonstrate cultural humility and intercultural engagement, including an awareness and understanding of historically disadvantaged populations, and create an educational environment that affirms commitment to equity and diversity
- You'll work with your team to improve the program's student retention and degree completion rates
