Job Summary
Enumclaw Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to perform a combination of duties in caring for residents in the center, consistent with the plan of care and established long-term care standards.
Essential Functions:
  • Answers signal lights
  • Assists with active and passive therapeutic exercises under direct supervision of Director of Nursing Services (DNS)
  • Instructs, motivates, and assists residents to learn and improve functional activities, such as eating, transfer, ambulation, and daily-living activities, and completes documentations.
  • Observes residents during treatments and compiles and evaluates data on residents’ responses to treatments and progress and reports orally or in writing to Nurse Manager.
  • Confers with members of restorative staff and other health team members, individually and in conference, to exchange, discuss, and evaluate resident information and participation for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs.
  • Records resident information on the restorative flow sheet, according to policy.
  • Transports resident to and from restorative program.
  • Meets with the Nurse Manager a minimum of monthly to review each resident’s performance in their restorative program.
