Position Highlights
This position is responsible to prepare and teach courses within the professional technical Human Services Program at Tacoma Community College.  This position reports directly to the Dean for Health, Business, and Professional Services and works closely with the Human Services Program Chair and faculty.

Prepare and teach courses in the field of Human Services that may include:

  • Recovery Education
  • Systems and Case Work
  • Advocacy in Human Services
  • Dynamics of Family Violence
  • Co-Occurring Disorders
  • Youth and Families
  • Prevention Strategies
  • Loss and Grief through the Lifespans
  • Aging and Adult Services
  • Program and Proposal Development
  • Leadership Development
  • Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Issues in Human Services
