Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sells food and/or beverage in a mobile capacity.
- Understands menu offerings.
- Maintains and performs product inventory.
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Local 8′s parent union, UNITE HERE, represents hotel, food service, and gaming workers throughout the US and Canada.
