RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs fiscal administrative support functions for Lab Med Finance division. Including making monthly payments for the current 11 active cellular accounts
- Maintains and update the current cell phones users’ database
- Performs month end procard reconciliation of the department’s main FedEx procard, including sending monthly reminders to active users to send in reports
- Maintains and update the FedEx users account, including creating new user ID account when requested
- In coordination with Fiscal Specialist, perform daily reconciliation of the department’s self-sustaining budget. Including using independent judgement in resolving problems with any discrepancies
- Maintain and oversee the current filing system for Finance division
- Daily distribution of mail and sort all incoming packing slip for reconciliation
- Serve as primary contact for office supply orders for unit
- Provide coverage for staff vacancies, when required
- Use organizational skills and provide attention to details
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
- Comply with all departmental, institutional and health care agency policies, rules and regulations
- Provide excellent customer services to internal faculty/staff and external vendors
- Evaluate for process improvement and make suggestions to management when a need is identified
- Perform special projects as requested and other duties as required
