REI workers from all nine unionized stores across the country are taking collective action on March 7th to demand that REI negotiate a contract by the end of 2024. After months of stalling, hiring notorious union-busting law firm Morgan Lewis, and more than 80 instances of unlawful anti-union behavior during negotiations, REI workers are saying enough is enough: it is time for the Co-op to live up to their founding values and reach a good faith agreement.
