Overview

Assist store leadership with daily administrative tasks including, opening and closing the store and following all applicable procedures.

Selling the best logo and merchandise in professional sports inside new Climate Pledge Arena.

Responsibilities

Lead and promote team to increase store sales and overall productivity. Lead with a positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to help the team.

Assist in maintaining back stock room and replenishing merchandise on sales floor. Assist management with enforcing store policies and keep staff focused on daily initiatives and objectives.

Effectively maintain the store’s security alarm system and demonstrate capability with enabling and disabling the alarm when necessary and always preserving confidentiality with security codes. Maintain overall store cleanliness and visual presentation by merchandising new product and refreshing visual displays.

Ability to sell product and provide exceptional level of customer service with every customer interaction.

Responsible for properly opening and closing the store, ensuring procedures are executed correctly.

Effectively operate retail cloud systems including point-of-sale operating system, back-office retail software and catalog.

Perform other duties as assigned.
