Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon entry to the arena parking garage and thanking them at departure
- Direct the flow of traffic entering, exiting, and within the Arena parking areas
- Notify guests of the current fee for parking at an arena garage
- Collect and process parking fees
- Direct guests who select to self-park
- Inform guests of current policies and procedures regarding tailgating, items allowed within the venue, and exits
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining garage entries, stalls, and grounds
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe environment for guests and co-workers
- Place and remove traffic cones and signage before and after Arena events.

Climate Pledge Arena, located at Seattle Center, is a complete redevelopment of an historic landmark, originally built for the 1962 Seattle World’s Fair. It is an industry first, including being the first net zero certified arena in the world. The arena is home to the NHL’s Seattle Kraken, WNBA’s Seattle Storm, and the world’s biggest performers of live music and events.
