GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the responsibility of the Housekeeping staff to maintain and service the Inn properly. He/She must be dedicated to providing quality service and to exceeding Member and Guest expectations. He/She is directly responsible for maintaining and ensuring the highest level of facility cleanliness within the Inn and preform light maintenance applications as needed.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean rooms to the quality standard of the WAC at a rate of 15 rooms per 8 hour shift.
- Sign-in daily register, pick-up keys, room assignments and needed supplies from storage areas.
- Report items/areas in need of repair.
- At the end of the shift, turn in room report cards, room access card, keys and sign-out on the daily register.
- Communicate changes in room status to the housekeeping office.
- Maintain a minimum average inspection score of 85%.
