Full-time bilingual English/Spanish position available for a Customer Service Representative. The position is located at our Des Moines Medical Clinic. In this position you will be assisting patients to access & establish medical care, and other related services. Under the direction of the Managed Care Department Head, the CSR pro-actively contact customers, assists in scheduling initial appointment, answers questions regarding online application processes, and provides linkage to various services and programs.
The qualified applicant must have strong multi-tasking skills and exceptional customer service experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to operate with a high level of professionalism. In addition they must demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills and must be detail oriented. The CSR expected to have a strong work ethic, exercise good judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The CSR must also be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet established goals and deadlines
