Job Summary: This full-time position assists training coordinators with day-to-day tasks, provides service to the Union membership, delivers information and filters phone traffic to appropriate destinations. Will work closely with Washington State Department of Labor and Industries to ensure the apprenticeship program is in compliance with state laws and rules.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer multi-line phone system
Greet and assist members and potential applicants
Manage required paperwork and signups for training courses
Provide administrative support to Training Coordinators
Assist in annual audits and prepares for monthly meetings
Write and distribute correspondence, as needed
