Angela Garbes | Seattle, WA

Angela is a writer and author based in Seattle, WA. Her work addresses issues of working motherhood, paid family leave, and worker rights and justice for people of color and women. She has been working hard to make sure the voices of mothers — who have been forced into additional work teaching and supporting their households — are not lost during the pandemic.

She is also a co-host of a podcast focused on a new generation of working mothers called The Double Shift.
